What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks manages to create a virtual environment that allows me to work unencumbered by human distraction. Still, I can connect with my team when I need to. The fact that I can make hundreds of dials a day using the power dialer is a wonderful bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nooks?

Outbound Call Tracking - allows my leadership to view and review my dials and the associate numbers I'm seeing success with

Auto-Dialer - lets me dial multiple prospects at once and connects me to the first available saving dozens and dozens of minutes manually dialing

Lead Intelligence - lets me know who I'm calling and why so I'm prepped for the next connected call

What do you dislike about Nooks?

The only I downside I have with Nooks is the speed at which you have to prepare once you hit a connected call. It's more of a skill based issue rather than a functionality issue from the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks is amazing because it transforms cold calling into an event that is much more fun. I have built confidence up knowing my colleagues could be listening and rooting me on in the sales-floor.

On another note, calling more than 50 people per day is way easier with the auto dial and parallel dialer functions. It allows me to have more prospects in flow and make sure I am calling the right people every day.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

What I like most about Nooks is how it brings everything an outbound team needs into one cohesive, easy-to-use platform. By combining auto-dialing, outbound call tracking, and lead intelligence, it removes a lot of the day-to-day friction for reps and helps them stay focused on what matters most: having better conversations.

The virtual workspaces are a standout. They capture the energy of an in-office sales floor for remote and hybrid teams, so collaboration, live coaching, and peer learning feel natural and fluid rather than forced.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

While Nooks is a powerful platform, there are a few areas where it could be improved. The feature set is robust, which can feel a bit overwhelming for new users at first, and onboarding may take some time before teams feel fully comfortable using everything efficiently.

Additionally, because Nooks is so focused on outbound calling, teams with more complex or non-standard workflows may need some customization or adjustments to better align the platform with their existing processes.

What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks is very easy to use, and the auto dialer works really well. I like that it integrates with LinkedIn and includes marketing history from SFDC, which gives helpful context before and during calls. Customer Support has been great as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I’m not a big fan of the training bots. They’re fine for a quick warm-up before call tasks, but I don’t use them much beyond that. Also, when calling through lists, the tracking can sometimes be a little inconsistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The parallel dialer is easily my favorite. It is so easy to click dial and then just wait for go time. Its efficient and it keeps me in the game. Just being able to sit at my desk while the auto dialer gets me at bats is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nooks?

I have been using Nooks for over a year, and compared to other dialing systems I've used in the past, Nooks is top notch in terms of feature functionality and easy navigation. One of the biggest advantages is how seamlessly Nooks enables higher call volume without sacrificing call quality. I like the ability to parallel dial five at a time, which increases the pickup rate, and the access to smart lists, which help remove decision fatigue for the reps. The seamless setup and being well taken care of by our Nooks representative during the walkthrough made the initial experience great. I also really appreciate how it integrates with our CRM. What do you like best about Nooks?

I use Nooks primarily for making my daily dials and reaching out to prospects, and I really find the training bots totally great. I love how fast I can get things done. I can dial fast, see the contact info, and train my call routines efficiently. What stands out is how I get a score for every call, which helps me see what I can improve. I also enjoy how easy Nooks is to handle. It's straightforward to access all the records I need and start dialing without a lot of clicks, which is what I like most about it. I believe it works fine. One thing I would improve, though, is how fast it updates properties. And if it would be a great way on the smart lists to determine, for example, if I put the first list that did not answer yesterday, and if I put them again three or four hours later, it will identify which ones I've already called so I don't call them again on the same day. I love Nooks because it has a lot of really cool features and AI-integrated parts that make my life easier. It's easy and user-friendly, and you can learn to navigate it within just a few minutes, even if you are a first-time user. One feature I love is the off call feature that allows you to look up a specific name or number and call them back without manually searching through a call list. I also appreciate the smart list feature that efficiently manages call lists by allowing you to pull up numbers that haven't answered in a certain time frame and call several at a time, saving time. What do you like best about Nooks?

I use Nooks as an SDR, and it's great for my team because we can all sit in Nooks and work collaboratively. I really appreciate how it helps improve communication in a remote environment. I like being able to easily ask questions and connect with team members, and it's really convenient to go into separate rooms, virtual workspaces, for one-off conversations. The outbound call tracking is helpful to understand what my numbers are at for the day. I really like Nooks for its ability to hold data and keep insights that I can use to my advantage, like knowing my connector rate, booking rate, and the best hours for calling. This lets me be strategic about my time and see where I can improve. The initial setup was pretty simple; I just signed in and set it up with HubSpot. What do you dislike about Nooks?
