"Nooks Makes Parallel Calling Fast and Easy, with Great UI, Integrations, and Support"

What do you like best about Nooks?

One of the best things about Nooks is that I can do parallel calling. Since the US pickup rate is very low, this feature saves a lot of time. The UI is very simple and easy to setup. And its easy to integrate with CRM tools like hubspots. Performance is very good along with pricing. And the support AI is pretty much good with fast response. What do you dislike about Nooks?

There isn’t much to dislike about Nooks, but the transcript feature isn’t as strong as the other features. A lot of the time when I’m talking, I’ll say one thing and it ends up noting down different words, so the transcription doesn’t always feel accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nooks solving and how is that benefiting you?

For Indian companies, calling international clients can be quite a complex task, and I feel Nooks is focused on solving that problem. You can easily upload Excel sheets for calling, and it fetches the exact data needed for those calls.
