What do you like best about Nook?

Nook has been great in dialer system to work on parallel tasks with remote access which doesn't make work feel stacked. The team managed to make it very user-friendly, useful yet efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nook?

Nook just need a little brushups over the customization of tasks and managing multiple calls at a time. This part only need a few changes to make the most out of it. Not any major issue though! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nook solving and how is that benefiting you?

My organisation has been using Nook where it's been helping to dial and manage calls and sublime the required call related setups in order to make the calls audit efficiently. Its been a collection project, so making calls outbound was managed by nook. The remote access also have been comfortable all through to manage. The team has been actively using the platform to manage accounts of clients during calls while ensuring the data security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
