What do you like best about Nook?

Nook has been great in dialer system to work on parallel tasks with remote access which doesn't make work feel stacked. The team managed to make it very user-friendly, useful yet efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nook?

Nook just need a little brushups over the customization of tasks and managing multiple calls at a time. This part only need a few changes to make the most out of it. Not any major issue though! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
