"Streamlined Sales Process with Insightful Analysis"
5/5
What do you like best about Nonverbia?

I like Nonverbia because it structures each meeting and makes them easy to work with, which is really important in sales. I also appreciate how it gives me the probability of closing each deal, so I know what's important and what isn't. During meetings, Nonverbia helps me focus on being helpful to customers by transcribing the discussions and evaluating signals, highlighting what is important for customers and what they fear. After the meetings, it creates a score for each customer and notes buying signals and deal risks, which I find helpful for follow-ups. I use this information to write follow-up emails using buying signals and deal risks. Also, setting up Nonverbia was extremely easy. I didn't switch from any other product because Nonverbia's structured approach quickly improves the early sales process and boosts effectiveness. Plus, I already recommended it to others, giving it a 10 out of 10, and if possible, I'd rate it a 100 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nonverbia?

The thing that is crazy important for me is to have the Nonverbia output as soon as possible. Currently, it works in a way that analyzing the meeting takes roughly about the same time as the meeting itself. So for example, if I have a 30-minute meeting with a customer, I wait another 30 minutes for Nonverbia to finish analyzing the meeting. Ideally, having the output right after the meeting would be great. Another thing would be offering only to me how the meeting is going in real time. So, for example, during the call having feedback that this is not what interests the customer or giving me tips that I should talk more about this topic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
