What do you like best about Noibu?

Noibu has become a core part of how our team works. Over the past year and a half, it’s helped us catch errors that were quietly costing us revenue, and the team adopted it quickly thanks to a clean, easy-to-navigate interface. Support has been excellent, and the feature set continues to grow in a way that feels genuinely useful. The MCP server works smoothly with Claude, and the skills provide a practical way to bring store data into our AI workflows. What do you dislike about Noibu?

Pricing could be more flexible, and a better connection to Google Analytics would be welcome. That said, I know some of this is also due to Google Analytics restrictions. Overall, there’s really nothing I dislike about Noibu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Noibu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Noibu helps us catch checkout and site errors before they cost us sales. Before we started using it, errors could go unnoticed for long stretches, and every hour of a broken page was lost revenue. Now the team sees problems as they happen, with enough context to fix them quickly. That has reduced revenue loss from errors and made our store more reliable for shoppers.
