Noibu shows us which site errors are actually costing us orders, so our team fixes what matters instead of chasing noise. We run several storefronts, and Noibu is now part of how we monitor and release them.
UI and performance: The console is clean and fast. Jumping from an issue straight to the session replay is the feature I use most, because everyone from QA to the business can see exactly what the shopper experienced.
Integrations: Issues flow directly into our Jira and Teams workflows, and the weekly report gives leadership a quick health view across all our domains.
AI: Noibu's team built a release analysis skill with us that we run in Claude Cowork. It summarizes new issues after each deployment, which has made our releases more confident.
Support: Our account team is hands-on, responsive and proactive. They feel like a true partner.
ROI: Every checkout issue we catch early is revenue we keep, which makes the investment easy to justify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't anything I dislike. After a release, third-party scripts like review and payment widgets can surface a lot of non-blocking errors, so it takes a little time to confirm what really affects checkout. An easy way to mark known vendor noise would help us stay focused on the issues that matter. This has been a mutual work in progress for our teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
