It is flexible, updates records in real time while sending out notifications which help us manage any events or incidents better. Overall it is easy to use even for the not so tech-savvy users. Great customer support and implementations team who can help with issues and any new changes both. It allows you to integrate with quite a few other applications and create some really useful dashboards. We use it heavily at our organization and we like the fact that Noggin keeps improving the product with enhancements and new features taking customer feedback into consideration. Cannot think of a downside which is major but would be great if they can provide the customers with a roadmap for every quarter which tells us about the new features planned to be released in the quarter. Currently they have the release notes section but it only tells us what has been released.
