What do you like best about Nitro Sign?

I like organizing all the documents in one central place with Nitro Sign. It also sends alerts throughout the signing process, letting me know when a contact views the document for the first time and when they sign. The alerts help us determine if we need to follow up with the focal point or if the process is stuck. The initial setup of Nitro Sign was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nitro Sign?

If you need to make changes in the middle of the process, you have to start from the beginning with a new file and that is annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nitro Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Nitro Sign for signing documents, especially when customers are ready for digital signatures. It organizes documents in one central place and sends alerts to remind us to follow up if the signing process gets stuck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
