Nitro has been absolutely instrumental for my mobile game business for providing high quality, quick translations verified by human translators without resorting to using Google Translate. I often release in-app events and seasonal content that require quick localization of the new content and marketing materials and I am thoroughly impressed with how fast Nitro can get the work done without sacrificing quality. We don't have any complaints about Nitro for our business use case. One possible thing to note is that you can't have too much dialogue/discussion with the localizers if you have a question about the localization or if you need to correct them (you can submit comments and wait for them to get back to you, and they mark your order as completed) and just be aware it's not always the same translator who will do your orders. It's also not very clear to us if the translators are using the Glossaries and Translation Memory if they need to refer to specific vocabulary of the game.
