The interface is not as user friendly as it could be. I spent a good bit of time reviewing the documentation and figuring things out through trial and error. Eventually I was able to get the final product we needed. However, I could not get end user adoption due to the number of steps required to produce the document. Additionally you must choose to download or attach to project. There is no option to do both. In the contract, they require a 30 day notice to cancel the service, otherwise you must pay for another full year. Of course, they don't send out a reminder. When we received the new invoice it was too late to cancel. I reached out and asked them to meet us in the middle but they insisted that we pay for the full second year, you know, because of that pesky contract. If you buy this product, be sure to set a calendar reminder 60 days before renewal so don't get stuck paying for another year for a service you aren't using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
