What problems is NinjaChat by 500apps solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our customers are thrilled to engage in immediate conversations with live agents. However, for certain clients with low volume, dedicating a full-time agent isn't justified. To address this, we combine low-volume clients and train our agents to handle multiple clients from a single dashboard/login. It's fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
