I like how Ninety.io gives us a structure for our weekly meetings, scorecards, and quarterly pulse, with what we need to run EOS. The platform is easy to use and very clear. Rocks and milestones are clear, and we use milestones a lot. The VTO accountability chart is very well done and helps us keep track of everything. The knowledge base is amazing, and the platform feels professional and well done. Setup was easy, and the onboarding specialists were clear and helpful. After two meetings, I had a good understanding of the platform and its features. When I had questions about the scorecard, Rocks, or VTO, I could reach out for clarity.
