What do you like best about Nilus?

There are many things I like best about Nilus, the main ones are: 1) Automation of manual work: reduces repetitive billing and accounting tasks, freeing the team to focus on other strategic work. 2) Data accuracy and transparency: learns quickly to automate the payment to invoice reconciliation, and provides \>96% of automation accuracy in this task. 3) Seamless integrations and implementation: integrates well with banks, and ERPs (in our case, NetSuite) 4) improved decision-making: their dashboards, reports and general UI is intuitive and simple for teams and managers to use. 5) Improves collaboration between Billing, collections, accounting and sales. 6) Allows us to shorten the month-end cycle thanks to their automation solution and accuracy levels. 7) Customer support is one fo the best in the industry. What do you dislike about Nilus?

What problems is Nilus solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are automating tasks in payment to invoice reconciliations, resolving multi-currency payment complexities, reducing time to close the month, reducing (extensively) errors around bank reconciliations, and providing us useful live data of our bank activity.
