The user interface is incredibly intuitive, and I can send as many ACH payments per month as I need to without worrying about being charged a fee. I'm also very happy that Nickel integrates with QuickBooks so I can categorize my transactions as I'm making payments. I've had very few errors/hiccups with Nickel, and when I do experience a technical error (i.e., unable to submit a payment because the first few words of the description match a different transaction), Nickel Support has been very helpful and quick to solve the issue. I have zero complaints and can't praise them highly enough. I love that Nickel is a free ACH processor that actually has no strings attached. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
