What do you like best about Nickel?

Nickel has been a huge upgrade for my business billing. Unlike other platforms that charge monthly subscription fees regardless of usage, Nickel is completely free to use. It integrated seamlessly with my QuickBooks Desktop setup, making my workflow effortless. My clients love the straightforward payment process, and offering them the choice between ACH and credit card—with credit card fees automatically calculated and adjusted—saves me time on every single invoice. What do you dislike about Nickel?

There really isn't much to complain about. Standard payouts can take 3 business days to clear, though they do offer faster processing options on their upgraded tiers. What problems is Nickel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before switching to Nickel, I was paying a recurring monthly subscription for merchant processing whether I billed clients that month or not. Nickel completely eliminated that overhead cost while simplifying my client payments. It integrates directly with my QuickBooks setup, automatically handles credit card fee adjustments, and gives my clients a smooth, simple way to pay via ACH or card.
