I use NiceJob to automate my customer review process. It takes asking for and coordinating review requests off me and my team, and sends a request automatically when we close a job. Its communication process turns about one in every five requests into actual reviews. I like the follow-up procedure and the feature that marks people who have been asked too many times or have already reviewed us so they’re taken off the list and aren’t bombarded with requests. I can't seem to find a way to delay the review request after I close a job. Sometimes the customer sees it before I have even collected the invoice.
