We’ve had a really great experience with NiceJob. It makes collecting customer reviews quick and easy, and we’ve noticed a clear increase in the number of reviews since we started using it. The campaign setup can be a little confusing, especially when trying to exclude customers who have already received a request. I don’t always find that part of the platform very intuitive.
