What do you like best about NiceJob?

What I like best about NiceJob is how easy it makes getting more customer reviews without us having to constantly remember to ask. The automated follow-up does the work for us, keeps the process consistent, and has helped us generate more reviews from happy customers. What do you dislike about NiceJob?

There really isn't much we dislike about NiceJob. If anything, we'd like to see even more customization and flexibility with the automated review requests and follow-ups. What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?

NiceJob solves the problem of consistently asking customers for reviews and following up with them without adding another task to our workload. Before NiceJob, it was easy to forget to ask or follow up at the right time. The automation makes the process consistent and has helped us generate significantly more reviews.
