What do you like best about NiceJob?

I use NiceJob as a marketing agency for our local service clients. My favorite part about NiceJob is the scalability of the tool in review generation solutions for our clients. We don't need to purchase multiple licenses at one time and then hope to sell the review generation services to clients. We can sign a client up and add NiceJob to the tech stack one client at a time. The UI is really easy to navigate as well jumping from client to client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NiceJob?

I wish there were more integrations. There seems to be a lot of that for other service industries. We're in the landscaping and lawn care industry and the only two real native integrations we have are with Jobber and Quickbooks. We can use Zapier to connect it to whatever we need, but most lawn care and landscaping CRMs don't even have webhook capabilities which makes NiceJob harder to use in this industry if Quickbooks or Jobber isn't being used. What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?

NiceJob helps us productize and deliver an local SEO service that is usually left up to the client which is getting reviews. We can consult with our clients every day on the fact they should be asking for reviews, but when we have something tangible we can implement and connect to their systems so we don't need to do the consulting, it makes it that much easier for us to help them help themselves.
