**What do you like best about NHSmail?**

How I can access this from my mobile devices
How this integrates well with other web apps like teams and sharepoint

**What do you dislike about NHSmail?**

it would be good to just have better integration with android 
i just want my nhs calendar on my personal phone and I feel that its a shame there isn't an nhs calendar app
I don't like being asked to sign in multiple times on my android phone its quite annoying

webview on mobile browsing on outlook is bad  - although this is more a microsoft problem

**What problems is NHSmail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we are solving problems like communicating with doctors about patients - this is far better than verbal. Because this exists on our phones this means they are able to action in a timely manner

can organize email in groups and can access the department calendar

**What do you dislike about NHSmail?**

storage is sometimes limited and you have to delete many emails

confidentiality is maintained as it is a secure email

Hard to register new users, limits to how many users you can register

Although sometime it is hard to find the correct person when there are multiple people with the same name
