What do you like best about NGSurvey?

I like NGSurvey's strong GDPR-native design and enterprise-level data security, which is irreplaceable for businesses handling sensitive data. I highly appreciate its advanced survey logic tools—including smart branching, skip logic, question piping, and custom routing—as they let us create highly tailored, user-friendly questionnaires suitable for complex business scenarios. It's great that NGSurvey streamlines our daily work and delivers higher-quality, relevant data. The on-premise deployment with local data hosting, strict privacy controls, and data encryption provides peace of mind by eliminating GDPR and EU data compliance risks. I also enjoy its integration capabilities with our core business systems, allowing a seamless flow of survey results into customer databases to track long-term satisfaction trends. What do you dislike about NGSurvey?

The interface and editor usability have a steep learning curve. The advanced logic settings—branching, piping, and custom routing—are powerful but layered in complex menus.
