I used ngage for a blend process and I was really impressed by it. Ngage provide you everything at one place and is very convenient as changing tabs specially in calling process is annoying sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ngage has a feature of notifications which is really helpful and appreciative but I have personally noted some of its short coming like while you are on a call it will show you a pop up and will disappear immediately which can be confusing for the one who are working in shift.
