What do you like best about Ngage?

I used ngage for a blend process and I was really impressed by it. Ngage provide you everything at one place and is very convenient as changing tabs specially in calling process is annoying sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ngage?

Ngage has a feature of notifications which is really helpful and appreciative but I have personally noted some of its short coming like while you are on a call it will show you a pop up and will disappear immediately which can be confusing for the one who are working in shift. What problems is Ngage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ngage provide a safe space for the agents to be at and very convenient to use specially with the notifications features and the facebook messenger features plus you get everything at one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
