What do you like best about Nexudus?

What I’ve appreciated the most about Nexudus is their exceptional customer support. Every time I’ve encountered an issue, John Ballesteros has been there to assist me as quickly as possible, making the whole experience significantly better. What do you dislike about Nexudus?

For me, it has been difficult to understand that not all clients have a membership. Some of them are contacts, while others are members. As for the rest, I understand that it’s a matter of practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nexudus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thanks to Nexudus, this process will be automated, which allows me in my role to be proactive rather than reactive. Otherwise, 90% of my time would be focused on managing reservations, which could easily lead to many human errors. This automation is, in my view, an essential tool—at least for me.
