The customer service was great, and the entry was so easy. Max was very helpful through the entire set up process. We were very happy with the product overall. The teachers, students and parents also enjoyed the ease on their side as well. We vetted the program through the PTA and their feedback was excellent. They liked the fact that all the information could be stored in one place for the students to view. We liked that the students could log in and watch numerous videos and retrieve information to assist them in choosing courses for the following year. Due to Covid and not being able to hold an event in person this was an amazing alternative. We did have hundreds of students that needed to log in on one day in particular. It seemed to have overloaded the system because the students were unable to create an account. Although, we worked with the team and got it fixed for the next day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
