What do you like best about NextLevelFan?

It was great to be able to get to know something about the folks attending before showing up. I can see how it could be great leveraging it as a coordinated event for an organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NextLevelFan?

Leveraging a mapping system to help navigate through a venue to where the box is located might be cool. During the event there was not much reason to interact with the app. It helped with making connections at the event with being able to know who was there, but if you are attending, know folks already and are watching the game there is not much need to interact with app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering NextLevelFan:

Make sure you have a well thought out goal and outcomes you are looking to achieve via leveraging the app with your guest at the event. We were there to give feedback to the software.....it would be interesting to see how it used by an organization actually leveraging the app for an ROI. What problems is NextLevelFan solving and how is that benefiting you?

If I was hosting an event I could see how it would be useful to help connecting strangers before an event, getting tickets and parking out ahead of time, and I could see how if you could intentionally create marketing and activities to connect during the event but would need the hook to get folks to engage with the app during the event. Folks love social media, having a great social connection....like maybe getting feedback via the app during the event versus stickies and some sort of "like" or "Love" ideas shared by others might be insightful.
