"Nextiva Delivers Unbeatable Value, Performance, and Support"

What do you like best about Nextiva?

Nextiva is a go-to VOIP provider that I have had the pleasure to work with time and again. The UI/UX of the interface and the ease of use is by far one of my favorite and it blows competitors out of the water. In addition to that - I love that I can use Nextiva on my phone, my desktop, or on our desk phone system - all in one seamless integration. Another thing to love about Nextiva is the price. I have been able to realize savings from each product I have inherited by switching. Nextiva support is amazing and their new AI, Xbert, is accurate and incredibly helpful in a pinch. I cannot say enough about the product - that's why I've switched to them three times from three different competitor platforms. Nextiva just cannot be beat in terms of value, performance, support, or the all-around picture of what is needed for business VOIP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

The Nextiva Fax functionality would be great if you could use it in the same platform as voice. I dislike the multiple logins required between the two services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we had Nextiva, we had missed calls piling up in our office. Because we are a customer-facing facility, our front desk was at times unable to answer calls when with a client. The only option with our previous service was for a customer to leave a voicemail, even though we have other team-members available to answer a call and assist. Switching to Nextiva allowed us to eliminate that by building out a call tree that was easy to follow. It boosted our call taking ability even further by allowing our team to have the app on their phones so that if they were not at their desks, calls were still being answered. Having a real person answer calls is a game changer in today's world and it creates brand loyalty and helps to solidify the relationship with the customer when they can reach a live person.
