"Best next generation technology for the pricepoint"

What do you like best about Nextiva?

Nextiva provided the best features and functions for the price. We're a small higher ed institution and we wanted to upgrade our antiquated telephone system. Nextiva's product provided the next generation technology for us with the desk phone and mobile app making our workers mobile and not tied to the handset. The implementation was also very simple and Nextiva's specialists helped us along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

A wish list is to have the desk phone and mobile app have the ability to only receive calls during work hours and be silent during off hours. Currently, users would have to log off the app to not receive calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nextiva gave users the ability to be mobile with the desk phone and mobile app so users don't have to be limited to the handset to take and receive calls. Also the administration console is much easier to manage the system than our previous telephone system.
