What do you like best about Nexthink?

Nexthink gives me access to information about my environment from the end user’s perspective in near real time. It also offers AI tools that help me investigate issues at different levels, from the narrow scope of a single computer to the broader view of the entire environment, so I can scale the solution to match the problem I’m actually dealing with. What do you dislike about Nexthink?

I know they’re very busy preparing for the future and supporting customers across the full spectrum—from the cutting edge of tech to those who don’t want to migrate off older solutions. What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nexthink Assist, Spark, and other AI tools are making it possible for everyone—from end users to upper-tier support—to ask natural-language questions. The AI can then take those questions, search internal articles and supported help sites, and return the answer that best matches the issue you’re dealing with.
