The report options feel inconsistent across the different applications, since each one offers different report types. For example, I find the EPM reports to be the best and the easiest to work with, while the EHR reports are different, harder to pull, and don’t always let me retrieve the data I need. Overall, the documenting process can also feel too “clicky” at times, with a lot of extra steps just to add the correct information or make sure we are hitting our reporting needs.
