What do you like best about NexTec Group?

Nextec has qualified personnel that is accessible to review and resolve issues through their support program. They also have expertise not only for just about all Acumatica's modules, but they also have business expertise for our industry, which allows them to provide comprehensive solutions to our needs. What do you dislike about NexTec Group?

I do not see a downside. Their hourly rates may seem high, but the support services program and the quality of their work are totally worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering NexTec Group:

If you are looking for an Acumatica partner to do your implementation, Nextec is the way to go period. Just make sure they assign resources with expertise in your industry and that they bring Acumatica into the project mix for Quality Assurance during implementation. I say this because Acumatica is a very powerful product that is constantly evolving, and features and capabilities are added twice a year. Because of this, it's important to include Acumatica to ensure your installation is being configured with the latest best practices available with their software.
