"NextCrew: Personal Attention, Easy to Use, and Packed with the Features We Need"

5/5

What do you like best about NextCrew?

We truly appreciate the personal attention that we receive - whether it is for a hiccup with the system, or we are wondering about a possible enhancement. We also appreciate the time that our account rep (Jas) takes to make sure we understand new enhancements, or ways we can find information we need. Overall, NextCrew is software that is easy to utilize and hits the mark with all of the important features we need to run our agency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NextCrew?

Not too much. Every software has its ups and downs...unavoidable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NextCrew solving and how is that benefiting you?

NextCrew helped us to streamline employee management, from scheduling to timesheets. Prior to utilizing them, we had various systems for schedules, reports, timesheets and payroll processing. While NextCrew doesn't specifically process payroll - they do sync with our payroll processor making everything an ease to use. Huge time saver for us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
