What do you like best about NEXT?

What do you dislike about NEXT?

The different ways to gather research data is today many, and NEXT focus on user interactions where captured voice is the main channel. Groups often have many different ways to do this research, and sometimes get lost, in mixing voice data, and other possible input. What problems is NEXT solving and how is that benefiting you?

To scale the research in our design-driven approach of innovation. The problem we have is to be more efficient and faster than others when it comes to high quality in doing collaborative exploration of innovation opportunities.
