What do you like best about Newswire?

I started using Newswire because it offered more value than other PR distribution tools for our campaigns. I could get the same or better distribution at a better cost. What's really kept me is how responsive their team has been. They've helped me clear last-minute changes to a release and been very responsive to any questions I have about getting something published or using their add-on tools.

Here are the things I like:

- Easy-to-use, intuitive interface

What do you dislike about Newswire?

I don't have any significant negatives to highlight.

One small note, if you're going to use their media database or do outreach around a release/campaign really make sure you are driving value to reporters otherwise you may not see much additional pickup. Not really a negative, just a lesson I learned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
