What do you like best about Newswire?

User interface - It's pretty straightforward to sign up and get it working right away, and everything you need is on one panel, compared to some other wire platforms I've used. Analytics, reporting and submission is all there for you.

Customer Service - Super responsive and friendly customer service whenever I had any questions. I usually get a response back within hours.

Flexible Payment Structures - I love how you can sign up via membership plan or pay as you go via credits, it gives startups like us the freedom to be able to send press releases when we want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Newswire?

I guess the fact that you have to 'unlock' to see the other features - it would be nice to at least be able to see the interface and what the extra features can do before being blocked with text saying "please contact sales".

What problems is Newswire solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were tired of being stuck in contracts and paying premium for press releases through the wire. When I found Newswire, I was happy to see that it offered the same distribution platforms for a more competitive price, and with the flexibility that a startup like us wanted.
