What do you like best about Newired?

Allows the user to learn and act on the fly, the solution helps guide, analyze and optimize user flows and experience through the use of interactive guidance layers on top of the corporate web applications of the websites for guided user tours step by step help a whole community that does not know about Newired, is 100% free, its platform is versatile that allows users to design and optimize a variety of paths for the incorporation experience, the user training and the adoption of new software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Newired?

Problems to associate with the mobile situation, very uncomfortable, since it is very slow, there is not much control in training deployment, change initiatives, control process, support technical, slow in the articulated and complex application flows, the technical support is of very low quality when helping you Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Newired:

Allows help management to users, implement routes, modify and select which ones should be show on your website or application and which are waiting for publication, make additional websites for routes of multiple URLs through different applications and use the location function of content to allow users to select their preferred language Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Newired solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Newire I have been able to decrease the time in costs of all kinds, including training, it is a software that besides project management allows me to use several of my other programs without having to make great efforts, it has allowed me to use different software without coding them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
