What do you like best about New Relic?

It's interface is really easy to understand. It's not complicated and in most of cases you don't have any questions how to do something. However, if there's still something that you don't understand, you can find any kind of information in New Relic documentations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about New Relic?

What I dislike in this product is its price. I understand that it does many things and its very needed "tool" that can be implemented within a company or a corporation, but I find its price a bit high than it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering New Relic:

My recommendation to other users of New Relic Insights will be to use API's. With help of those API's you can automate many things and build alerting system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is New Relic solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can build different charts and diagrams using new relic. You can sort your data by internet service providers, by the devices that are used by visitors. Another huge benefit is API. You can automate many things with help of those API's with complete documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
