What do you like best about New Relic?

New Relic provides excellent visibility into API performance and backend application health. At PARK+, I used it to monitor API response times, track performance issues, and identify potential bottlenecks in the system. Its dashboards and monitoring capabilities made it easier to understand application behavior and investigate performance degradation. What do you dislike about New Relic?

The platform can take some time to get familiar with, especially when configuring dashboards, alerts, and advanced monitoring features. Depending on the volume of telemetry data, managing costs and deciding which metrics to track can also require attention.
