I like that New Relic gives me a detailed view of my website and helps me diagnose every little bit so I can improve it. I use it to find slow SQL queries and functions, including PHP processes that take a lot of time. The interface is very good, with multiple graphs and different ways to view the data that make it easy to understand. I think New Relic can be overwhelming for beginners because it has so much to offer, with many tabs and so much data that it can be difficult to understand.
