What do you like best about Neustar PlatformOne?

One of the best things is the opportunity to combine the customer data from several sources and have the information in real-time. As for the identity resolution it will allow me to make highly targeted campaigns by reaching customers with precision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Neustar PlatformOne?

I have once or twice come across the issue of the delay in data synchronization across the different channels. This may sometimes cause delay in the campaign implementation especially where large volumes of data need to be processed or during rush hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Neustar PlatformOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

Neustar PlatformOne provides the unified picture of the client’s experience by consolidating their fragmented data about them. This has enabled me to deliver cross-channel experiences more closely and conversion factors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
