What do you like best about NetWize?

What we value most is the trust we have built with NetWize over the years. They understand our business and our technology environment extremely well, and we know we can rely on them when something important comes up.

They are proactive rather than simply waiting for us to report problems. Their team monitors our systems, keeps us current with cybersecurity and frequently identifies and resolves issues before they have an opportunity to impact our business.

What do you dislike about NetWize?

After working with NetWize for more than 14 years, there really isn't a significant downside that comes to mind. NetWize has been our trusted IT partner for more than 14 years. During that time, they have built and maintained our IT infrastructure, supported our employees across multiple locations, managed critical backups and helped us continuously improve our cybersecurity posture.

When our corporate headquarters relocated from Vancouver to Salt Lake City, NetWize helped us maintain seamless operations while continuing to support employees in both locations. As a publicly traded company, reliability, security and access to our financial systems and business records are extremely important to us.
