What do you like best about NetWatch OPS?

NetWatch OPS provides dashboards that give me quick and easy access to the information I need. The dashboards for my active directory were particularly useful during an incursion attempt where only NetWatch OPS identified the attack. No other security monitoring tool alerted me. The initial setup was very easy, and any questions I had were handled quickly and efficiently by their team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetWatch OPS?

I have not run into any issues or problems that weren't resolved after speaking with my account manager and/or technical contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NetWatch OPS solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use NetWatch OPS to monitor my network for down systems or missing patches. It identifies issues I might overlook and gives me quick access to important information, like spotting drives running low on space, servers where CPU/RAM have been maxed for longer than a few minutes, or whose mailboxes or OneDrive are nearing full. Although there are multiple tools that can give me each piece of information, Netwatch shows me in a single (or more if I want) pane of glass. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
