## NetSuite Reviews
 ### 1. Great Reporting and Scalable POs, but POS Integrations and Custom Reports Need Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca I. | Senior Operations Manager, Food Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

NetSuite has great reporting, especially for sales by item, transactions, inventory management, YOY item sales, and sales by customer. We use a lot of this information to help strategize for future-year sales and to support demand planning for our stores. The PO system is very user-friendly, and the overall system is highly customizable through custom reporting and saved searches. The platform is also scalable and well suited for growing businesses, and it can be tailored to meet the needs of different-size businesses through its many integrations and add-ons. They also offer live events with knowledgeable industry leaders, which can be invaluable depending on the topic.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

One issue is that it doesn’t connect with POS systems like Square or Shopify unless you purchase additional software, which defeats the purpose—especially when we’re already paying a high price for multiple systems. At the moment, we export our sales from Shopify and Square, then export and import our inventory from NetSuite back into Shopify and Square. Overall, that workflow is tedious and time-consuming.

The custom reporting options are great, but I wish there were a more user-friendly way to build, organize, and manage those reports. SuiteAnswers can be helpful, but if you don’t already have prior knowledge of how something works in NetSuite, it can be difficult to navigate and learn. The system can also run very slowly when generating reports.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having everything in one place on a single platform—inventory management, sales, reporting, accounting, and purchasing management—makes things much easier. I also like the real-time dashboards for sales, inventory, probability, and operations.

 ### 2. All-in-One Info Hub

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haley O. | Accounting Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

All of the information is in one place in Netsuite

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

having to switch between roles for permissions

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

all of the information is in one place in Netsuite

 ### 3. Easy-to-Find Financials with Highly Customizable Reports and KPI Dashboards

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like how easy it is to find your financial information. Finding the financial statements is very easy, and I like all of the customizations you can make to those reports. I also like the customer dashboards where they display various customer KPIs.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I think the reports/saved searches can be confusing sometimes. There seems to be so many different fields to choose from and I don't know what most of them are. There's also some reports that you would think would be easy to find but finding them turns out to be very hard and requires lots of customizations that the average user wouldn't know how to make.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, NetSuite helped us put all of our financial information in one place for easy access. This wasn't the case before, but now we're able to perform analyses that wouldn't have been possibly with our data being housed in multiple different softwares.

 ### 4. Easy to Navigate and Integrates with Adaptive, but Reporting and Support Fall Short

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The upsides are that it integrates with Adaptive, and the ease of navigation once you get used to the software.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The reporting function is very poor and difficult to use- including saved searches, basic revenue and def rev reports. In addition, the support is poor. The revenue module is a black hole that makes it impossible to identify errors in revenue and spot them before they become bigger issues, as well as to understand what is happening in the background is impossilbe.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None right now.

 ### 5. Easy to Use and Widely Adopted in PE & Finance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Ease of use, and common in the PE and finance space

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Custom report making can be a learning curve

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Financial consolidation, making reconciliation easier

 ### 6. Streamlined Accounting with a Clean Interface but Custom Reports Need Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2023

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like using NetSuite for my accounting, order processing, and shipping information because it allows me to use one system that covers all my backend accounting needs. The clean interface and the KPIs on the home page make things easy for me. When I log on to do my work, I can easily see my cash flow, bank balance, and other key items I need to keep track of. The initial setup was also very easy because NetSuite provided very good guidance and help.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I'm not a technical person and I struggle with building custom reports. I try to build custom reports on my own, but I never seem to get exactly what I need. I find the interface for this area cumbersome and confusing.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite allows me to use one system for backend accounting, making things easy to track like cash flow and bank balance with its clean interface and KPIs.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emmelyn L. | Senior Accountant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I love all the features that it came with. The reporting features are the best

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Sometimes thre are too many steps in doing things in NS. Fix asset modules for example is not the most user friendly for a company like ours with alot of FA transactions

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Netsuite is improving our overall ERP experience.

 ### 9. Great Data Sourcing for Microsoft BI, but Custom Scripts Slow the UI

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Data sourcing, I find the saved searches easily connect to Microsoft BI tools

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The speed. Our company required many custom scripts that have taken a huge toll on the UI expierience

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all Team members using the same platform

 ### 10. User-Friendly NetSuite That Streamlines Our Business Processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

NetSuite offers a user-friendly interface that helps streamline all of our business processes, making it easier for us to manage everything in one place.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Sometimes the base package doesn’t include critical tracking aspects that our business needs to use for strategic purposes.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved our landed cost issues by providing a visible view into our inventory costs, which is essential for protecting product margins and staying at the forefront of our competition.

 ### 11. Endless NetSuite Ecosystem to upskill and automate your finance & accounting team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The vast array of integrated products, SuiteApps that connect directly with NetSuite, and the seemingly endless workflow automation possibilities.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Lack of "searchability" on basic questions (soon to be sovled with MCP connections, I hope!) and native integrations with products outside of Netsuite

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our entire Finance and Accounting function is built on Netsuite

 ### 12. New User at Executive Level

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Business Supplies and Equipment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2022

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

From my early experience, I like the simplicity that comes with NS but still has malleability for customization. We do appreciate the ability to maintain the tool largely in house as well.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

There are some challenges with finding pertinent reporting in an ad hoc and fast way. Many things are currently done through the global search in our organization, and that seems to be less than ideal. I believe this is getting better with AI connectors

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NS allows us to keep better customer records and notes than we ever dreamed of before. Additionally our inventory management and purchasing are more integrated than they have been in the past.

 ### 13. A Single, Connected Platform for Finance, CRM, and Multi-Subsidiary Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Printing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

What I find most helpful about NetSuite is that it provides a single, connected platform for managing finance, subsidiaries, intercompany activity, CRM, and operational processes. The subsidiary structure is especially valuable for companies with multiple entities, currencies, and reporting needs. NetSuite also helps reduce the usual disconnect between finance, CRM, and manufacturing because the financial data is tied directly to the underlying transactions and operational activity. This makes it easier to trust the numbers, reduce reconciliation issues between systems, and get a more complete view of the business.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

NetSuite’s biggest downside is that it can be complex and sometimes unintuitive for end users. Because it is highly configurable, the system can become difficult to manage if workflows, scripts, roles, integrations, and custom fields are not well governed. Reporting and permissions are powerful, but they can require training and administrative expertise. NetSuite works best when there is strong process ownership and ongoing system maintenance. The new AI features are solving some of this issue though.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite solves the problem of disconnected systems by bringing finance, CRM, billing, inventory, manufacturing, and reporting into one platform. This reduces the need to reconcile data between separate systems and gives the business better visibility into transactions from sales through financial reporting. For multi-subsidiary companies, it also supports intercompany activity, consolidations, multi-currency reporting, and entity-level financial control. The benefit is more reliable data, less manual cleanup, a more efficient close process, and better information for decision-making.

 ### 14. Effective for Order Management, Needs Better Training

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Terrell E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like that NetSuite is easy to use and navigate. It's really convenient for me to put all my orders and shipping details in one place and connect it with the exhibitor. I'm also starting to explore the AI connectivity with NetSuite, which I'm finding to be a great tool as I learn more about it. So far, it's helping me streamline my processes and workflow, create reports faster, and even assist in co-working by handling research tasks, which otherwise would have taken hours.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Sometimes just learning how to navigate around NetSuite can be a little difficult in itself. I believe the navigating and connecting the worlds together could be improved. A quarterly training or refresher course every six months in NetSuite would help me navigate better around this portal. It wasn't easy. It was a lot to learn. I think the training could be enhanced to provide more hands-on training when you initially start using NetSuite.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite for our service desk. It makes adding sales to accounts and order details easy, improves billing overall, and streamlines processes. It also helps me create reports quickly and co-work efficiently.

 ### 15. Versatile with Seamless Integrations, Needs Reporting Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christine M. | Controller, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2024

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I appreciate how versatile NetSuite is and how it accepts integrations with other platforms like Salesforce, Concur, and Workday Adaptive. These integrations allow our functional departments to use their preferred tools for day-to-day management while ensuring that data is shared in real time with our financial reporting. This setup prevents duplication of entry efforts and streamlines our processes effectively.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

We struggle with NetSuite reporting due to the naming conventions on different records having the same names. For example, trying to find the correct 'name' field when adding this detail to a saved search or report is frustrating. Initial setup is cumbersome with a lot of steps to get the data in.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite provides a centralized tool for financial data and consolidation, allowing real-time data sharing through integrations without duplicate entry efforts.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Christine! If you haven’t already done so, feel free to check out our NetSuite Customer Community. https://community.oracle.com/netsuite

 ### 16. All Our Department Files and Accounts in One Place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like that it keeps so many of our department’s files and accounts all in one place, which makes everything easier to find and manage.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

This software is quite different from what we used previously, so it’s taking some time to adjust. So far, it feels a bit less user-friendly and seems more prone to human error.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping us streamline our processes, making them more automated and modern. For me, the biggest benefit is that it keeps my work more efficient and organized.

 ### 17. Easy Data Exports and Flexible Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard S. | Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Easy to export data.
Flexible reporting.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The flexibility for everybody to create multiple reports means that there are thousands in the system, some differing only slightly.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides detailed sales and costs values.

 ### 18. Powerful Report Customization and AI Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ria N. | Audit Senior/In-charge, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

 ### 19. Easy Navigation, Strong Integrations, and Amazing NetSuite Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca S. | Operations Coordinator & Customer Service Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Integrations, the finance tracking for every job, the navigation throughout Netsuite is pretty easy (once you get going). The support we have had on getting into and using Netsuite has been amazing.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

One of the harder things at my job is when we put a job into Miter we have to wait until the next morning before it will show up in our other system. There is not much I dislike about Netsuite, so far. It has been working great since we got it. Learning it has taken a little bit. The mock cases we went through helped discover any issues we were having.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When doing the mock cases we were able to go through different screens throughout Miter. Having done them and going back in now has benefited the whole company. I do not know all the issues we went through, but they were all put into Miter as we did the mock cases. It has helped us with tracking jobs so much.

 ### 20. Powerful Centralized ERP, But Not User-Friendly and Hard to Customize Reports

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

integrated ERP platform, centralized access to business data

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Not user friendly, inflexible, financial reports are not easy to customize or build

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly business consolidation as QBO and Xero don't offer business consolidation yet.

 ### 21. Highly Customizable, Expect 2+ Year of Use to Make It Worth Every Penny

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Highly customized though it comes with every penny

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Learning materials are not catered to the signed up bundle. A lot of the features from the resources are not available, menus are also different. When we started, we know what Netsuite is capable of, but we can't use most of them at all. It took ourselves 3 years with scouring many blogs, discussion sites and search engines to find the answer to a problem. Yes suiteanswer works, but they're slow.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's customizable, though still have limitations.

 ### 22. Easy to Use with Handy Saved Searches and Account Payments

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris L. | Head of Finance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The ease of use. Saved searchs, and account payment.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The thing I dislike about NetSuite is the allocation functionality. Although I have not tested it in the new environment.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is a much better accounting tool then what our agencies used previously. So it is providing more consistent reporting and faster reporting.

 ### 23. Efficient General Ledger, Needs Better Fixed Assets Reporting

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Irene V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like the ease of creating multiple saved searches and the customization options for those in NetSuite. This makes entering bulk journal entries and navigating through custom searches for account reconciliations more user-friendly than my previous accounting software. I am able to reconcile my general ledger accounts monthly, which saves me time and enhances efficiency. The initial setup of NetSuite was very smooth, as we were able to use SandBox to learn the basic navigation and data entry.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The fixed assets module is not so user friendly. The reporting especially could use some work with customizing the data you actually want pulled into the report.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find NetSuite user-friendly for entering bulk journal entries and navigating custom searches, saving me time and boosting efficiency in reconciliations.

 ### 24. Highly Customizable ERP with Some UI Lag

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Warren S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like that NetSuite is very customizable. We were able to build a complete Field Service module inside of NetSuite.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The UI is slower compared to older style UI

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite as our ERP to run the business, managing accounts, inventory, and field service. I like its customizability; we built a complete Field Service module. It replaced our in-house system, enabling smoother operations with our traveling sales team.

 ### 25. Powerful, Detailed Reporting for Multi-Entity Organizations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saili O. | Staff Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like the level of detail and how the data can be sliced and diced for multi-entity, multi-cost-center organizations.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

It takes too many clicks to navigate to the source of a transaction.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HIPAA compliance.

 ### 26. New to NetSuite

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristie M. | Controller, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

having everything in one system will be beneficial.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

figuring out the system of how it works.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having everything in one place but the system is very challenging to understand.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Kristie! If you haven’t already done so, feel free to check out our NetSuite Customer Community. https://community.oracle.com/netsuite

 ### 27. Unlimited Customization to Match Any Vision

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom G. | Systems & Integrations Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The ability to customize anything you can dream of.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Can be slow in the User Interface depending on your customizations.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to automate business processes and collect data is incredible.

 ### 28. NetSuite Makes Journal Entries and Reconciliation Super Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Netsuite makes entering Journal Entries super easy. Also reconciliation.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Netsuite support. Sometimes its a hit or miss when getting assistance.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatic reconciliation. This can help speed the month-end.

 ### 29. Flexible for Complex Operations, but a Tedious and Clunky UI

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen G. | Accounting Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I think NetSuite is a strong fit for complex business operations, and it gives a lot of flexibility to tailor it to how a business actually works, including connecting with outside vendors and syncing business data. That saves a lot of time. That's about where the positivity ends.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

While NetSuite is undoubtedly powerful for complex global operations, the daily user experience is hindered by an unintuitive, rigid UI and significant performance hurdles. Routine tasks often feel like tedious chores rather than streamlined workflows.

Key areas for improvement:

Inflexible Search & Navigation: The Global Search and Saved Search functions lack the agility of modern software. Designing a transaction search is a "needle in a haystack" exercise that often yields overwhelming, unfiltered results. Furthermore, the search is incredibly unforgiving; a single misspelling returns zero results rather than helpful suggestions.

Performance & Data Export Issues: The system can be sluggish when processing large datasets. A major pain point is exporting the General Ledger for auditors; the system often struggles with high transaction volumes, requiring significant "finagling." We frequently have to manually piece data together in Excel to ensure everything ties back, which defeats the purpose of an automated ERP.

High Technical Barrier: The learning curve is exceptionally steep. Performing basic data imports or setting up essential transaction searches requires either specialized internal expertise, hours spent googling or asking AI (and hoping it gets it right) or expensive outside consultants. This reliance on third-party scripting for basic business needs highlights a major gap in out-of-the-box user-friendliness.

Misaligned AI Integration: The current AI tools feel disconnected from practical daily needs. While they offer high-level financial interpretation, they fail to assist with "on-the-ground" friction points like navigating features, building reports, or simplifying data movement. When it takes hours of manual setup to move data in or out, and make sure you don't break anything, the platform's complexity begins to cost more in labor time than it saves in automation.

There are also better packages out there for billing and payments that work much smoother and easier than Netsuite. We integrate those instead.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite serves as our primary centralized source of truth for complex, inventory and sales business processes. By consolidating our accounting and operational data into a single platform, it eliminates the need for multiple disparate systems and provides the foundation for complex financial reporting.

However, while the software "solves" the problem of data fragmentation, the measurable benefits are often offset by high manual overhead and the cost of maintaining the system by hiring outside programmers to keep the integrations working properly.

 ### 30. Powerful, Highly Customizable ERP—But the Learning Curve and Docs Can Be Tough

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan D. | Website Manager, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

As the Website Manager at BoxoUSA, I interact with NetSuite primarily as our central source of truth for inventory and product data. I feel that it is an incredibly powerful ERP system. While our operations team handles the financials, I rely heavily on its robust inventory management capabilities.

I specifically like how deep the customizations go with saved searches and workflows. I use custom saved searches daily to pull accurate SKU data, pricing tiers, and stock levels so I can ensure our e-commerce storefronts are perfectly aligned. Their new AI integration has also been a great addition, making it much easier to learn how to build complex queries and navigate the platform efficiently. Finally, the support is top-notch; if I ever hit a snag pulling product data for the website, I can easily jump on a live chat or open a ticket directly within the system.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

No single person can know everything about NetSuite; it’s simply too vast of a system. As a Website Manager, I find it difficult to navigate the Suite Answers pages when I’m looking for specific instructions on how to adjust inventory data fields or e-commerce sync settings. Without proper training, it’s easy to pull the wrong product data.

It also feels like many of the features or settings you’d want aren’t located where you would expect them to be. There isn’t one central place to enable a feature for product listings; instead, settings can be tucked away in obscure parts of the platform. I really wish there were an AI chat assistant I could ask questions to directly from any page to help me find the specific website-related data I need.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we fully integrated NetSuite with our e-commerce stack, our team struggled with keeping our Shopify Plus storefront perfectly aligned with actual warehouse inventory, which occasionally led to overselling out-of-stock items.

As the Website Manager, NetSuite solves this by acting as our single source of truth for all product data. We now automatically sync all product details and live inventory counts directly from NetSuite to Shopify Plus. This ensures our online catalog is always perfectly accurate, completely eliminating the need for manual stock updates on the website and saving me several hours of administrative work each week.

 ### 31. Review NetSuite ERP

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan C. | Sales Business Developer I The Ritz-Carlton, Abama, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I use NetSuite mainly for its CRM, and I am very satisfied with it because everything is going very well. I appreciate the ease of use of the tool, which is very user-friendly. What I like about NetSuite is that you can look at the KPIs, the number of sales every month, and the number of appointments booked. We have access to opportunities generated by lead, which I find really impressive, especially when you are in sales. NetSuite allows me to have a clear view of my pipeline and a complete history of recorded discussions and activities, which makes my sales strategy very effective. I use the Safe Search feature extensively to classify accounts by revenue, industry, and number of employees. Thus, when I contact a client, I can have a coherent conversation and offer them suitable services. I also use NetSuite with Zoom Info to access more information on each account, which better adapts my sales approach, and I am also very satisfied with it.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

When we enter our call and email activities, it is not automatic; we have to enter them manually. It is time-consuming, and each day, we can spend several hours at the end of the day entering our activities. Compared to HubSpot where everything is automated, NetSuite could improve this aspect to avoid these repetitive tasks.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite allows me to have a clear view of my pipeline, to track the history of discussions, to classify my accounts, and to develop an appropriate business strategy. I appreciate the principle of Safe Search to organize key data such as revenue.

 ### 32. Great features, but need better onboarding

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Reports are very customizable, when everything is integrated properly the invoicing process is quite simple

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

the system can be slow, no guide on all the features available, our ERP team has to step in alot because certain features were not turned on or they have to update workflows

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helping us rec our bank accounts, invoicing, balance sheet recs

 ### 33. Efficient Financial Tracking, Needs Faster Journal Uploads

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Courtney H.

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like the account reconciliation setup and some of the custom report options in NetSuite. The bank reconciliation feature makes it quicker to reconcile accounts within the software. The custom report options make it easy to pull reports needed each month since they're saved in one place. Also, for me, the initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The process to upload journal entries takes a long time and is inconvenient.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite tracks financials, helps research and correct variances, and streamlines account reconciliation. The custom report options simplify monthly reporting by saving reports in one place.

 ### 34. Auto-Created Bank Transactions and Easy Journal Edits

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany B. | Senior Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Auto create bank transactions. Edit features on journals relatively easy.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Bank import never works. Updates from bill.com can fail import.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to help with reconciliations and journal posting. Can split branches for divisions.

 ### 35. Effortless Customer Management with NetSuite

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** hemant K s. | Sales and Service Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I find NetSuite's interface very easy to use, which makes it less time-consuming for me. I easily manage customer databases and track quotations, which enhances my work efficiency. The system allows for effortless modification based on customer requirements. The initial setup was very easy as well.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Nothing as recent time

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite to easily manage our customer database and follow up on quotation tracking, saving time with its easy interface.

 ### 36. Easy Inventory Management with Smooth Shipping Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Glenn D. | Logistics Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Easy to manage inventory, with smooth integration with shipping software. It also supports cost analysis and makes it simple to extract reports when needed. It has a mobile app which makes transactions quicker with bar coding.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Sometimes it takes many clicks to navigate between different modules. Support can be difficult and 3rd party consulting can be costly.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us integrate shipping into a more automated environment. It’s also been useful for running inventory reports to support our inventory analysis, and for setting up location zones so we have better visibility into where inventory is. The SCM module helps streamline transactions.

 ### 37. Financial analyst

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like the ERP system. It can be used across the whole company.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

If something happens, it’s very difficult to solve the problem. In my experience, customer service isn’t really helpful, because they keep telling us to contact a different department to address our issue.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s very helpful to have all the data in one place, with the entire company using a single system that provides all the information. This also means the system works across different functions.

 ### 38. Robust Reporting with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I use NetSuite for all accounting functions, including billing, AP, and GL. I really appreciate the report and search creation tools. They're deep enough that I can run any search I need, and it's also easy enough to create them. Posting JEs is very easy, and the real-time posting of invoices, payments, and bill payments ensures my team doesn't have to unnecessarily contact customers or vendors. It really helps us fulfill report requests from other departments like operations and sales quickly and efficiently, aiding faster business decisions.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Changing the revenue recognition schedule is cumbersome. It needs to be easier to change the dates and update the future revenue recognition. Currently, you need to edit the forecast and then the plan.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite allows real-time posting of transactions, reducing unnecessary contact with customers or vendors. The report and search creation tools are deep yet easy to use, enabling quick and efficient responses to cross-departmental data requests which helps the business make better decisions faster.

 ### 39. Complete, Customizable ERP—But the UI Feels Dated and Error Troubleshoot Tools Are Limited

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

It is a complete ERP solution. The customization is simple and powerful.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The user interface is still old-style. There are no powerful tools to help identifying error root-cause.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is mostly used for inventory management.

 ### 40. Easy-to-Use CRM for Customer Data and Case Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clayton M. | Manager, Customer Success, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

We used NetSuite as our primary CRM while I was at iSolved. We relied on it to store customer data, and we also handled case management through it. Overall, it was easy to use and straightforward to navigate.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I feel like it performed comparably to other CRMs. That said, I always felt the interface didn’t look as nice or as clean as some others, like Salesforce or Hubspot.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to house customer data and to allow the support team to manage cases from there.

 ### 41. Highly Customizable but Complex Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moran Z. | Finance Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I really like that NetSuite is robust and fast and offers many integration capabilities. It's very customizable, allowing me to fit almost any country's financial and tax implications. The customization options are particularly valuable.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

From an accounting perspective, I find that NetSuite could allow greater analysis of ledgers. Creating custom reports is very challenging, even with admin access and experience. There's a lot of trial and error involved in bringing the correct fields, and some fields aren't supported for reports. It's also challenging to pull data from different sources. The 'new' Analytics feature should address this, but it's still pretty complicated and slow. There are limitations with closed transactions in AP and AR, as there's no good capability to match transactions in general ledgers like the VAT ledger. The features available aren't good enough yet. Anything related to multi books or creating different types of reports (GAAP / Non-GAAP) isn't supported well enough. The initial setup was not easy at all.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite handles global financials for subsidiaries, supports multi-books, and generates custom and consolidated reports. It's robust, fast, highly customizable, and fits financial and tax rules for various countries.

 ### 42. Centralized Order Management with a Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like being able to consolidate everything in one place. Using different systems can be very error-prone, and NetSuite helps us bring our inventory levels, orders, and returns together in one easy-to-use system. The pricing is also very affordable for my business, and the support has been good. Overall, the system performs very well, including the AI chat. Integrations are also easy to set up and work smoothly across all areas.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

NetSuite has a fairly steep learning curve, especially for new users, because the system doesn’t feel very intuitive. A more guided onboarding and setup experience—like interactive tutorials—combined with a cleaner, more streamlined, and focused user interface would make it much easier to get started and handle day-to-day navigation.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite to consolidate orders from multiple sources, track seasonal demand, and manage returns and warranties. It brings our inventory levels, orders, and return activity into one easy-to-use system, which helps us reduce errors, stay organized, and improve overall efficiency.

 ### 43. Highly Customizable with Great Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

how customizable it is. I also like all the integrations.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I find workflows very hard to set up, also bank reconciliation feature is not easy to use.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting is much better and helps us with foreceasting and insights.

 ### 44. Valuable Keynote and Networking, But Needs More Hands-On Training

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The keynote was valuable, and I really appreciated the chance to network with other NetSuite users.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

There were too few hands-on training opportunities. Also, I didn’t have enough information to follow along during the session; sending the slides ahead of time would be really helpful. Easy to forget about the discussion without follow-up materials

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency and automation

 ### 45. User-Friendly Design, but Training Resources Need to Be More Up to Date

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie G. | Accounting Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The user-friendly design is very appealing.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

There is only a limited amount of relevant, up-to-date training available.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite helps by accommodating the volume of transactions we process and providing the workflow structure we wanted.

 ### 46. Customizable Reporting with Slight Performance Drawbacks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like how NetSuite allows you to customize reports and build new reports according to your needs. It's convenient that you can easily add or remove columns from the default report based on what you require. The professional staff are also helpful during the setup process if you give them a clear description of what you need.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The portal is a little slow, especially when there are some scripts, which slows the speed. Sometimes, some fields are not easy to pull into the customized reports.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite for daily financial transactions and financial reporting. It helps me book daily accounting transactions and customize reports, allowing for easy addition or removal of columns based on needs.

 ### 47. Very User-Friendly—An Easy Transition from Day One

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

It very user friendly. Not having used NS before my current position and jumping in was a very easy transition.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Customer service has not always been the best.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

as a whole NS makes it easier to close the books every month

 ### 48. Easy Reporting Tools, but Native Reports Need More Customization

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

From an accounting user, very easy to use the reporting and tools

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

As an account, the native reports need to be customized to our internal needs

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trackingy our inventory is pretty easy

 ### 49. Best-in-Class Reporting and Customization with SuiteScripts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tejaswini Reddy S. | AI-Integrated ERP Project Lead / Product Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The reports for analysis. I am a netsuite certified BI publisher and Reporting Associate. The way customization works and suitescrips are the best.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The navigation. The path is too long, which made my team to take time to learn

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reports customization and inventory Centralization with import csv

 ### 50. User-Friendly with Room for Speed Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivette Q. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like how user-friendly NetSuite is, and it's easy to access. I can use it anywhere as long as I have internet, and it's accessible via both phone and laptop. The initial setup was pretty easy too.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Sometimes NetSuite is slow. If you customize reports with lots of filters, reports tend to take a very long time to generate.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite for processing sales orders, and it helps with on-time financial standing. It's user-friendly and easily accessible anywhere with internet on a phone or laptop.
