## NetSuite Reviews
  ### 1. Centralized Operations and Better Visibility with NetSuite

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan J. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

What I like most about NetSuite is that it centralizes core business operations in a single system, which improves visibility and makes decision-making much easier.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

From a usability standpoint, the UI can be clunky at times, especially for newer users who don’t work in it every day. Simple tasks sometimes take more clicks than expected, which slows down workflows.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite helps reduce fragmentation by connecting core business functions like CRM, finance, inventory, and order management. This leads to fewer data silos and less manual reconciliation between systems, improving accuracy and keeping teams better aligned. A big part of the value is consolidation—replacing multiple point solutions with a single system. In turn, that lowers operational overhead and boosts efficiency, especially as a company grows and scales.

  ### 2. Robust Customization and API Integration for Business Growth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ralph F. | Operations Specialist, Security and Investigations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I love how NetSuite is robust and allows the admin user to customize the interface based on business needs. It's great because change is constant in business growth, and as we improve, we can customize the interface quickly without needing to submit a ticket to developers. I also appreciate how NetSuite speeds up the process of interacting with our customers in real-time by integrating other software through API. It makes resolving customer concerns more efficient during live calls in a call center setting.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

At first, it was quite challenging to get familiarized with NetSuite, but as time goes by, it's easy.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite to speed up interacting with customers by integrating third-party software, leading to faster resolution during live calls.

  ### 3. Efficient Financial Management with Customizable Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SHREY J. | Intermediate Business Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I love how well the development platform has been set up in NetSuite, as it allows me to write SuiteScript for developing custom solutions to our business problems. It's made our financial processes so much more efficient and robust. Additionally, I really appreciate the Help center and the wonderful documentation for SuiteCloud API.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I think if AI is added to help center it can be very much helpful. For example if I can write a prompt to the help center AI chat and it directly responds me the correct API endpoints and methods that I can use for the solution implementation.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite has made our financial processes much more efficient and robust. I love the development platform and writing SuiteScript for custom solutions to our business problems.

  ### 4. Customizable Reporting with Slight Performance Drawbacks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like how NetSuite allows you to customize reports and build new reports according to your needs. It's convenient that you can easily add or remove columns from the default report based on what you require. The professional staff are also helpful during the setup process if you give them a clear description of what you need.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The portal is a little slow, especially when there are some scripts, which slows the speed. Sometimes, some fields are not easy to pull into the customized reports.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite for daily financial transactions and financial reporting. It helps me book daily accounting transactions and customize reports, allowing for easy addition or removal of columns based on needs.

  ### 5. Easy to Use, Highly Customizable for Every Company

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracey W. | Customer service/accounts receivable specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

ease of use, and customization for each company that uses the product

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

when we have an issue, sometimes what we are asking for gets lost in translation with tech support teams

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we used to use one program for bookkeeping, one for product tracking, and one for time keeping of our employees. Now we are using one program for all three

  ### 6. New User at Executive Level

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Business Supplies and Equipment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2022

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

From my early experience, I like the simplicity that comes with NS but still has malleability for customization. We do appreciate the ability to maintain the tool largely in house as well.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

There are some challenges with finding pertinent reporting in an ad hoc and fast way. Many things are currently done through the global search in our organization, and that seems to be less than ideal. I believe this is getting better with AI connectors

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NS allows us to keep better customer records and notes than we ever dreamed of before. Additionally our inventory management and purchasing are more integrated than they have been in the past.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

  ### 7. Efficient Reporting, But Customization Needs Patience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian C. | Controller, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I appreciate being able to use NetSuite to customize my reports and also look at the consolidated view for our multiple companies. It's a great platform for multiple companies to operate in. The reporting functions are very good; I can pull all the reports I need and create custom reports as I need to.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The customization is nice, but I do find it to be complicated and require outside assistance, or a lot of time, to set up.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite for financial reviews and reporting. It solves the problem of managing multiple companies by allowing me to customize reports and view consolidated data.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Christian! If you haven’t already done so, feel free to check out our NetSuite Customer Community. https://community.oracle.com/netsuite

  ### 8. Under utilized, but so much potential

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie G. | Chief of Staff, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

How much you can do with it, and the customization. I also like the forward thinking of AI integration

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I don't always feel support (both ACS and ticket submissions) are on the same page as what we're trying to achieve. I also think we have a knowledge gap in the system with ours users, so having some sort of complimentary Oracle representative learning would be ideal. Specific to our company, rather than the webinars.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping order management, as well as financials recordings.

  ### 9. Effective for Finance, A Challenge for Construction

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay O. | ERP Implementation Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I love NetSuite's ease of use, which simplifies complex tasks and helps me navigate the platform easily. Its ability to configure according to my specific needs allows me to tailor the system to our unique business requirements efficiently. I also appreciate the capability to drill down from financial statements into individual accounts and transactions, providing a deeper insight into our financial and manufacturing operations. These features collectively enhance our productivity and decision-making processes. Additionally, the additional functionality and efficiencies offered by NetSuite are significant improvements over our previous system, GP, which is reaching its end of life.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Accounting for construction requires some customization in addition to configuration. Customizations are required for PSR reporting and Percentage of Completion revenue recognition. That requires either a SuiteApp or customization. Basic setup was easy, but construction functions were a bigger challenge.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite provides a common structure for managing manufacturing and construction across subsidiaries, offers ease of use, configurability, and detailed financial insights. However, it requires customization for construction accounting tasks.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Jay! If you haven’t already done so, feel free to check out our NetSuite Customer Community. https://community.oracle.com/netsuite

  ### 10. Flexible Reporting and Record Visualizations That Deliver real time answers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen L. | Sr. Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I really appreciate the way it visualizes records, along with the reporting capabilities and overall flexibility.

Cloud based access for users is invaluable.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Some fields are very difficult to locate in the Saved Search builder, and there are simply too many options to sort through. In the native Income Statement and Balance Sheet reports, it would also be helpful if the left side could remain static so I can more easily review data across later accounting periods, locations, and other report views.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting into AI and offering it on the platform is definitely the way of the future. It should greatly reduce the number of processes that users currently have to manage, making things more streamlined overall.

  ### 11. Powerful all-in-one project hub, but the UI and navigation slow us down

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria V. | Communication Strategist, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

What I appreciate most about NetSuite is how it centralizes our entire operation. As a project manager, having immediate access to budgets, timesheets, hours, purchase orders, and billing all in one place is invaluable. It's transformed how I manage projects & there is no more hunting across different tools or waiting for data from other departments.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

NetSuite's user interface could use a significant modernization. Loading times often lag, and the navigation structure isn't intuitive, which means I spend more time than I should digging through menus to find specific tools. The platform is powerful but highly technical, making it difficult for new users to pick up quickly and even causing experienced users to lose efficiency due to its non-intuitive layout.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem NetSuite addresses is system fragmentation. Previously, managing projects meant piecing together information from multiple disconnected platforms. NetSuite consolidates all of that into a single system, which has delivered two major benefits: I save significant time by eliminating constant system-switching, and collaboration across departments has improved dramatically because we all have access to the same real-time data.

  ### 12. Versatile, User-Friendly Platform with Exciting AI Potential

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Versatility and user friendly. I am very interest to learn more about how AI will help

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The main thing I do not like it that the reports are not very easy to build. I usually get ACS to assist, however I do plan to take more time in the future to learn

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are only using for a year and one half so its is being used for basic accounting functions. It replaced a very antiquated IBM database system so this is a huge improvement

  ### 13. Integration Support Delays Make Adoption Painful

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Traci T. | VP - Finance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

If we could finally get everything integrated and get our account team to help us, some of the auto functionalities would save us time within our processes.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

They sold the product to us and then getting them to help with the integration and meet deadlines has been like pulling teeth. I'm incredibly frustrated and have been trying to wrap up an integration since January 1st!

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SHOULD be solving many, but still not completely into the system.

  ### 14. Highly Flexible, Perfect for Financial Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I love the flexibility of NetSuite, especially how customizable it is to our business needs. This adaptability makes it incredibly valuable for managing complex finance tasks efficiently. I appreciate how this customization allows us to tailor NetSuite to address specific challenges and workflows unique to our operations. The flexibility ensures that we can modify and adjust processes without being constrained by rigid software structures, which is crucial in staying agile and responsive in our rapidly changing business environment.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I find processing large files in SuiteScript within NetSuite to be challenging.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite for managing finance and tracking and reporting financials efficiently. Its flexibility and customizability to our business needs provide valuable benefits.

  ### 15. Unified Cloud Platform with Strong Automation, Though Client-Dependent

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manvi N. | Audit Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The cloud version of netsuite is a unified platform which integrates finance, operations and customers data. It provides automation against the core operations. It is suitable for large enterprises. One space for all data.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I personally used it during my audit of a client. It was the client platform for a very small company (revenue < 1M). From a technical standpoint, it felt laggy and overly complex for a company of that size, and it was a bit uneasy to work with. Personally, it felt bit less easy to work on than the other ERP systems.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One space for saving and keeping all the data of an organization. Cross integration among various platforms makes it easy to navigate. Supports multiple currency entries making the international transactions easy to record. Providing real time insights.

  ### 16. Comprehensive ERP with Strong Partner Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ajit K. | Group Financial Controller, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

This ERP ultimately does everything you’d expect, and it also offers plenty of partner integrations if you need to bolt on additional functions.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The UX isn’t the best compared to competitors, and support often feels very robotic. It also seems like you frequently need to be on a support contract (internal or external) to get the help you need.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite consolidates our group financials seamlessly, which makes it much easier for us to close our accounts.

  ### 17. Powerful Integrations with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2024

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I think my favorite thing about NetSuite is the ease of integrating with it. Once you figure it out, you can really unleash the power of NetSuite by creating apps that connect to it and getting data in and out of it. The integrations piece is what I think NetSuite is best with. It solves the issue of where our data is stored, allowing us to have it all in one place. It's easy and consistent to get to, and it becomes a great place to integrate with, whether it's a custom app or something already designed. It allows us to streamline a lot of our processes.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

NetSuite can give some pretty generic error codes. Sometimes connecting to it can be really hard. We have a SuiteQL project going on right now that doesn't work well.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite solves the issue of data storage, centralizing all our data for easy access. It streamlines processes and supports seamless integration with custom apps, enhancing our business operations.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Lucas! If you haven’t already done so, feel free to check out our NetSuite Customer Community. https://community.oracle.com/netsuite

  ### 18. Huge Automation Potential with Phenomenal Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naji S. | NetSuite Admin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The potential for automation is huge. The flexibility to adapt to various work environments is phenomenal.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The main limitation for me is what it can and can’t do around the Employee Center role.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been helping us automate most of our A/P processes.

  ### 19. Versatile Reporting and Automation with Net Suite

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Net Suite has a lot of versatility when creating reports specifically within custom formulas and using scripting to automate data flows. I have found ways to use these two functions specifically to get more of our weekly reporting out of excel and into NS

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I am newer to using the product. I would like more resources(maybe zoom call meetings/learning?)available to continue to learn new use cases I could incorporate into our company. Specifically from the analytics side of the business. I am attending a lab session on February 19th 2026 in SLC that should provide more resources for this.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite created a big efficiency win for us by housing all of our historical promotional data within a search that could easily be used by our team. Instead of having to open a large excel file and parse through the data, I was able to build out a report with granular item level search functionality so members of my team could find historical promotional data quickly. I am looking forward to incorporating more of our excel reporting into NS to streamline our team's workflow.

  ### 20. Highly Customizable and Integrates Well, but Setup and Reporting Are Complex

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

NetSuite appears to be compatible with a large number of other integration systems. It is extremely customizable.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The out of the box setup just doesn't work for our company and you essentially need a degree in programming or a background in NetSuite with admin level access to modify. Or you can pay thousands of additional dollars for a managed services team to assist with build out. Most of which, is not a quick process and takes all your hours for what should be simple requests. The timing delays for page loading, overly complex reporting features and many other levels also make learning to utilize NS to its full potential very difficult for a novice.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is our ERP

  ### 21. Easy to Use ERP That Still Follows Industry Best Practices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Preethi K. | Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

It’s easy to use without sacrificing industry best practices, and not many ERPs can offer that balance.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

There aren’t many issues, but a few processes feel like they require navigating through too many screens.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It streamlines the business process and enforces data integrity.

  ### 22. Easy Inventory Management with Smooth Shipping Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Glenn D. | Logistics Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Easy to manage inventory, with smooth integration with shipping software. It also supports cost analysis and makes it simple to extract reports when needed. It has a mobile app which makes transactions quicker with bar coding.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Sometimes it takes many clicks to navigate between different modules. Support can be difficult and 3rd party consulting can be costly.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us integrate shipping into a more automated environment. It’s also been useful for running inventory reports to support our inventory analysis, and for setting up location zones so we have better visibility into where inventory is. The SCM module helps streamline transactions.

  ### 23. Highly Customizable but Deployment Errors

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like the capability to customize almost all NetSuite records. I can build scripts around, for example, Sales Order, to automate the creation of Item fulfillment and Invoice based on integration triggers from third-party applications.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The SuiteApp deployment sometimes gives errors without clear information, causing us to debug in the dark to figure out what's wrong with the error objects. For example, I got an error on a custom form with an unhelpful message: 'An error occurred during custom object creation.'

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite for integrating sales between clients' POS and NetSuite. Its customization capabilities allow me to automate processes like creating Item fulfillment and Invoice based on integration triggers.

  ### 24. Efficient Inventory Management with Clean UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mayur G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like NetSuite's clean UI, which makes it easier to use. I also appreciate the automatic calculation of lead times based on purchase order dates and receipts, which helps us manage actual lead times more effectively than planned ones.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The forecasting for each item based on previous sales can be improved.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite for managing purchases and optimizing reports. The clean UI and automatic calculation of lead times based on PO dates and receipts help manage actual lead time better than planned.

  ### 25. A Powerful Platform with Room for Modernization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

What I value most is its ability to seamlessly connect data points across the entire organization and consolidate information in a meaningful, easy-to-use way. Rather than working in disconnected systems or sifting through scattered data, NetSuite brings everything together in a single platform. By housing operational, financial, and analytical data in one source of truth, NetSuite makes it easier to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and maintain the accuracy and completeness of the information we rely on.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

One of the main drawbacks I’ve experienced with NetSuite is that the user interface feels dated and a bit clunky. Although the system itself is powerful, the visual design and overall navigation can come across as unintuitive when compared with more modern platforms. As a result, it can slow down day-to-day work, especially during repetitive tasks. Or when training new users who expect a cleaner, more streamlined UI.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite is helping address the challenge of managing data that’s spread across multiple external billing and purchasing systems. By bringing that information into a single, centralized platform, it removes much of the need to manually reconcile data from different sources. This consolidation streamlines workflows, lowers the risk of errors, and significantly reduces the time required to complete month‑end close activities. With everything in one place, it’s easier to maintain accuracy, improve efficiency, and spend more time on analysis instead of manual cleanup.

  ### 26. Comprehensive ERP Solution with Room for Cost Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandeep Reddy D. | NetSuite Techno Functional Consultant

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I love NetSuite's unified platform that combines various business functions like finance, CRM, e-commerce, and inventory management. I find real-time data access invaluable for obtaining data and insights whenever needed. I appreciate the user-friendly interface, making it easy to navigate through its functionalities. Continuous innovation is a standout feature as NetSuite regularly updates its platform with new features and enhancements, ensuring I always have access to the latest technology and capabilities without needing major upgrades. Additionally, the initial setup was easy for us.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

There are a few things like support response times - while NetSuite has a strong customer support community, some users have experienced delays in response times. Cost considerations: For smaller businesses or startups, the cost of NetSuite can be a barrier to entry.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a NetSuite Architect, it solves data silos, manual processes, scalability, financial visibility, inventory management, customer insights, e-commerce integration, customization, and flexibility.

  ### 27. Challenging Setup and Limitations Hamper NetSuite's Potential

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sasha J. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like the ability to switch between sandbox and production environments without logging in multiple times. It's not necessarily valuable for my work, but it's a nice feature that NetSuite has.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Not being able to allocate based on percentages per vendor, not having an easy way to maintain complicated routing rules. SuiteApprovals is terrible, having to find workarounds for bundles because I or other developers cannot edit or fix it. The initial setup was not easy at all; Oracle did a terrible job of discovery, requirement gathering, and now we're in a place where we have to do a reimplementation.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite is effective for accounting, but it's challenging for P2P. It lacks vendor percentage allocation, easy routing rule maintenance, and has issues with SuiteApprovals and bundle editing.

  ### 28. Powerful Accounting with Customization Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I really appreciate how visually intuitive and easy on the eyes NetSuite is, allowing me to navigate to the same destination through multiple pathways. I find the reporting functionality exceptional as it always provides the source of the data, which lends a sense of transparency and reliability to the information I work with. Moreover, I am particularly fond of how using NetSuite simplifies the principles of accounting, making them easier to understand. This aspect is incredibly beneficial, especially in terms of enhancing my grasp of accounting concepts through the software’s interface and capabilities.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I think the implementation process could use some work. Initially, it's very difficult to get it to where it needs to be. It should be tailored per industry first, then enhancements can be added after the initial implementation. Also, the initial setup was not easy due to internal factors and a bad choice of consulting company.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite helps me fix workflows, easily navigate data sources, and understand accounting principles, enhancing my administrative efficiency.

  ### 29. Effective Project Management with Some SSO Challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin R. | IT Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like NetSuite's project management features, particularly the task lists and workflows. It's really great to be able to assign tasks and steps to individuals and mark time against it.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I wish SSO worked better with Microsoft. The initial setup was very complicated, but we had a team of experts help.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite for project management; its task lists and workflows are great. Assigning tasks and tracking time is amazing.

  ### 30. Clean, Easy GL/AR/AP—But ARM and Reporting Feel Clunky and Limited

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I find it easy to use, nice clean interface, and having GL, AR, AP all in one system makes processes more efficient. Support is generally pretty good. Lots of options for prebuilt integrations for it.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

ARM is really clunky, too many layers to (Arrangement, Element, Plan - why???) Reporting isn't the best either too many limitations on table joins for the out of the box searches and reports. Custom SQL reporting isn't really an option unless you purchase the warehouse. Even using SuiteAnalytics Connect it doesn't work with Tableau times out, tables not available, etc. Analytics reports are too limiting in the amount of data they can handle. Amendments on Subscriptions aren't as they were advertised and are also too limiting, no control over the amount of the adjustment which doesn't work unless you are also using NetSuite as your CRM/Quoting system which most companies don't. Often times NetSuite is the receiver of the data, so ideally it could be configured to receive amounts in these circumstances allowing a bypass of the NetSuite proration calculations.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowed us to go from a separate billing system into a consolidated system for all accounting.

  ### 31. Reliable Uptime, Helpful Dashboards, but Needs Better Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I appreciate NetSuite for its consistent uptime, which ensures that the system is reliably available whenever I need it, minimizing disruptions to my workflow. Additionally, I find the dashboards provided by NetSuite to be quite helpful, as they offer a clear and accessible overview of critical information, aiding in decision-making processes. Interestingly, I value the integration capabilities of NetSuite, particularly its compatibility with Brex, which allows for seamless interactions between different systems and enhances the overall efficiency of handling various financial tasks within our non-profit accounting operations.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I find the customer service lacking and feel it could be improved. The initial setup of NetSuite was problematic due to receiving friendly but uninformed consulting help from the NetSuite team, which led to many delays and setup headaches.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite provides a means of collecting and distributing information to diverse parties, offers helpful dashboards, and integrates with tools like Brex, enhancing my non-profit accounting processes.

  ### 32. Game-Changer for ERP with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott F. | Senior Director Finance and Accounting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I find NetSuite to be user-friendly and fast, which makes it a pleasure to use. The excellent data flow is another aspect I really appreciate, as it allows me to analyze and get insights timely without spinning my wheels. I'm not scared to open the system and use it to find answers. Also, switching from Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains to NetSuite was a game changer for us. The initial setup went very well, and we went live three weeks earlier than expected, thanks to our implementation team.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I find the dashboard build-up, cash-flow management, and forecast in NetSuite lacking. Additionally, the lack of two-way integration with NSPB is a downside.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite helps with accounting transactions and reporting financial performance. It's user-friendly and fast, allowing me to analyze and get insights timely without hassle. I'm not afraid to use it to find answers.

  ### 33. Highly Efficient with Top-Notch Integration, but Can Be Slow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaderson L. | Financial Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like NetSuite for its MCP connectors and integration with different systems, which help me with tasks like providing financial insights, tracking sales, and performing month-end tasks. The AI companion is another feature that increases my productivity. I appreciate that NetSuite allows me to see multiple sources in one end, making my workflow more efficient.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The time that things are processing, sometimes I feel that is a lot of time spent on loading pages and reports

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite to provide financial insights, track sales, and perform month-end tasks. It helps me see all data sources in one place, making me more productive with features like MCP connectors and AI integration.

  ### 34. Complex Implementation, Promising Consolidation

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like the consolidated onscreen reporting through customizable dashboard setups in NetSuite.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Our implementation is on hold because we were told this software can do many things that the implementation team is saying it can't be done. However, doing our own research we have found that to often not be true. Setup is proving to be much more complicated than we were led to believe. The implementation team does not seem to understand our business, or the software as much as they should.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite consolidates multiple platforms into one, reducing the need for time-consuming exports and imports. It simplifies our processes by providing a single source for sales and accounting, making it easier for new employees to access information. I like the customizable dashboards for consolidated onscreen reporting.

  ### 35. Scalable ERP with Powerful Multi-Entity Reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ravi M. | Senior Manager - Finance Effectiveness

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like NetSuite's scalability; it copes well with growing complexity and provides a single source of truth as the organization scales. It's very good at standardizing processes and controls across multiple entities, and the broader ecosystem of integrations and partners makes it easier to extend as needs grow.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Its flexibility can sometimes lead to complexity if governance isn't strong. Reporting could be more intuitive for finance users, and licensing costs need to be actively managed as the organization scales. Finance reporting would be more intuitive if standard reports were easier to customize without saved searches, with more flexible filtering, drill downs, and layout controls that are closer to how finance teams work in Excel.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite to replace spreadsheets and disconnected systems, reducing manual intercompany work, improving close timelines, and increasing reporting confidence. It also standardizes processes across entities and supports scalability with a single source of truth.

  ### 36. Highly Recommended but Slow Saved Searches

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ellie Y. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I use NetSuite for finance accounting, purchase orders, and fixed assets management, which streamlines our processes. The automation capabilities solve significant problems for us, making our operations more efficient. I appreciate the ERP and financial reporting features, as they provide valuable insights and facilitate better business operational reporting. I also like the customized reporting that allows me to set reports by department and location, which supports our decision-making and enhances our operational visibility.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The saved search is taking too long time. I need to refresh the saved search a couple of times.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite for automation in finance accounting, purchase orders, and fixed assets, plus customizing reporting for business operations.

  ### 37. Highly Customizable, Great Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelley S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like that NetSuite is very customizable and user-friendly. The ability to build custom searches and reports, as well as workflows and scripts to automate our processes, is incredibly helpful. NetSuite has enabled us to centralize our operations by bringing together finance, inventory, CRM, and order management into one system, as well as integrating with our other tools. We use workflows to automate manual tasks like data entry and closing out cases. They also help us implement controls and approvals. We use searches to power user dashboards, send automatic notifications, and review data.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I have heard a lot of users complain about ease of use. I think making the UI more streamlined and having more useful help documentation would be great. Support can be incredibly difficult to work with as there are very long delays between when a case is submitted vs. gets a reply, and the replies are often not helpful.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite centralizes our operations by integrating finance, inventory, CRM, and order management, improving efficiency. It's customizable, allowing us to automate tasks like data entry and case closures, implement controls, send notifications, and power dashboards with custom searches and workflows.

  ### 38. NetSuite ERP Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** shubham s. | Support Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

its all-in-one, cloud-based architecture. It allows businesses to manage everything—financials, inventory, CRM, HR, and more—in a single system that's accessible from anywhere.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The biggest drawback of NetSuite is its high cost and complex pricing structure. But on the big scale, it's good enough

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite helps by putting everything in one place. Instead of using many different systems, you can use NetSuite to manage your money, products, customers, and daily work all in one system. This makes things easier, faster, and more organized.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

> Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Shubham. We take our customer feedback very seriously as we strive to improve every aspect of your experience. Please reach out to your Account Manager directly and/or email me at lauren.dattilo@oracle.com so we can connect directly with you on feedback.

  ### 39. Streamlined Billing with Some Setup Challenges

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chandra B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I am very fond of the global search feature in NetSuite, which makes it easy to go directly to the records I'm interested in without navigating through menus. It saves me a lot of time, probably 10 seconds per lookup. I also appreciate how NetSuite has brought our billing and invoicing under one platform, integrating with our AP and GL ledgers.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I find the interface management could be improved. NetSuite requires manual review of scheduled imports and manual intervention for rejected records. It also deletes interface results after 30 days, making it easy to lose information. It was somewhat challenging to understand the underlying concepts of NetSuite, especially how the relationship tables are shared by customers, vendors, and employees, which took a while to figure out for the best data setup.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite integrates our billing with AP and GL ledgers, centralizing our invoicing. The global search saves me about 10 seconds per lookup, making data retrieval faster.

  ### 40. A solid solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I can work remotely with ease thanks to its cloud access, and the real-time data and customizable workflows make my job so much smoother. The interface is user-friendly, and the automation features save a ton of time on repetitive tasks. Overall, it’s boosted our team's productivity and efficiency.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Sometimes, the system can be slow, especially when handling large amounts of data. The user interface, while generally good, can feel cluttered and overwhelming at times.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite's saved searches and reporting tools are great for extracting the data we need. They help us validate transactions, spot anomalies, and reconcile accounts efficiently. This makes our financial processes more accurate and reliable.

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! If you haven’t already done so, feel free to check out our NetSuite Customer Community. https://community.oracle.com/netsuite

  ### 41. End-User Focused Reporting That Supports Financial Statements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** S K S. | Financial consultalnt, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

The work is geared toward the end user, and it also provides reports that support the financial statements.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I feel sometimes that system get slower so it take time for the end user

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

nil

  ### 42. Efficient Financial Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason A.

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like NetSuite's scanned Vendor Bill feature as it simplifies uploading our invoices and receipts. The payment automation is handy for managing payments without relying on third-party processors, and it keeps our data secure by not having to share it on other platforms. I appreciate the ability to print checks from vendors and the bank matching feature. Additionally, the report building tools are valuable for providing profit and loss statements to investors and banks, which really helps. Switching to NetSuite from QuickBooks has been beneficial because it lets us have all our business on one login, reducing the hassle of managing multiple accounts.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The payment automation feature needs improvement. There's an issue where, for instance, Expedia, which is a vendor account for all our entities, can only be assigned to one entity even though all entities pay Expedia. Additionally, setting up the vendor process isn't explained well enough, with insufficient information on properly setting up a vendor on Payment Automation for check or ACH.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite streamlines accounting across all LLCs, manages cash flow, and provides spending insights. It simplifies invoice management, centralizes vendor payments, reduces reliance on third parties, and makes report building easy for investor needs.

  ### 43. Effortless Accounting with Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like the UI experience and the ease of navigation with NetSuite. The integrations to outside accounting software are especially valuable to me. It integrates with our AP software, syncing invoices, invoice payments, credit memos, credit card transactions, and reimbursements, which saves us tons of time by avoiding manual imports. The initial setup of NetSuite was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

The only negative I've run into is the lack of reporting around Amortization Schedules

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite for JE uploads and financial reporting. It integrates with our AP software, syncing invoices, payments, credit memos, and transactions, saving us tons of time.

  ### 44. Intuitive and Integrated, But Needs Better Report Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eduardo G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like that with NetSuite everything is integrated into one system, which allows me to customize reports and organize important details. I also like that it's very intuitive, making it seem like I can customize all NetSuite activities to my own experience.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Sometimes the reports aren't as customizable as I want them to be. I can't run a consolidated trial balance by subsidiary for the audit period. Custom fields cannot be used for financial reporting. I feel like since NetSuite and Suite Projects Pro are both Oracle products, they should be more compatible, but they feel like two completely separate programs.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSuite creates our financial reports, handles GAAP accounting, integrates everything in one system, and offers customization. It feels intuitive and lets me tailor activities to my experience.

  ### 45. Comprehensive ERP with Smooth Updates, Support Response Improving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dhineshkumar M. | Senior Technical Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

1. Unlike other tools, NetSuite only release tow big updates an year. I don't need to worry about upgrades for about 6 months.
2. If they are likely to remove or improve an item, they will provide an ample of time to recover the data and also provide multiple ways to overcome it.
3. An ERP with all the necessary modules in hands reach (OneWorld), upgrading along with the global updates like LLMs. Each modules are easy to use with just one click on "Enable Features" page.
4. Always provide the libraries for external tools like Mulesoft, Dell Boomi to easily integrate with other systems. We can create our own APIs too using RESTlets.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Support system, I understand the support may take time for an issue, but it's to long even for a P1 issue.
NOTE: This has been improved recently.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a hub for all our external tools.
We have a supplier portal and customer portal to onboarding. Using NetSuite it's really easier to maintain customers and vendors.
Also, we are using the data for forecast and audit purposes

**Official Response from Lauren Dattilo:**

  ### 46. Centralised, Trusted Financial Data in One System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron L. | Head of Financial Systems, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

Centralised single data source within one trusted system for all financial transactions.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

Can come across as rigid at times, menu items within menu items to find a tick box

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One finance system for all users across multiple countries in multiple currencies and languages

  ### 47. Highly Customizable, Needs Better Feedback Mechanism

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like the ability to develop custom solutions tailored to the business' requirements with NetSuite. Customization and record creation are now intuitive processes and reliable, which adds to the overall usability.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I think providing feedback to the end user needs improvement. From an administrative perspective we end up having to build notifications to record status which should really have to be built in. "Unexpected Errors" from suite apps / suite bundles seem to be the most recurring ones.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NetSuite to implement modules and develop integrations. It manages projects, tracks transactions in a manufacturing environment, and customization is intuitive and reliable. We wanted a single platform for accounting, finance, manufacturing, and project management.

  ### 48. Everything in One Place, Easy to Navigate

**Reviewed by:** Edward M. | Sr Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

having everythign all in one spot and being able to navigate easily

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

load time is a little slow, but could just be my computer

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i cant really name anyting off the top of my head on this question

  ### 49. Quick, Reliable Financials; Challenging ERP Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Xiao J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

I like that NetSuite provides a centralized one source of truth, which is quick and easy to use. It's great for finance accounting and ERP for accounts payable and receivable. I also find it useful for generating financial statements. The integration capabilities with platforms like Shopify and SIM WMS are valuable.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

I find the amount of data to integrate from other systems and the speed to load massive amounts of data problematic. Also, setting up NetSuite was easy for financials but hard for ERP.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find NetSuite provides a centralized source of truth, making finance accounting and ERP quick and easy to use for a mid-sized company.

  ### 50. Reliable, Highly Customizable, and Always On

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deb O. | NetSuite Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSuite?**

It does its job well and yet it's easily customizable. The 99.999+% uptime is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about NetSuite?**

It is expensive. I would like more information about daily/weekly updates.

**What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quoting, all things finance, inventory. It's our source of truth.
