What do you like best about NetSuite?

- The ability to do almost every report you need, you will be able to customize those reports and it will be not too difficult to do it.

- You have an open API that will be extremely helpful in times that you need to integrate with other systems, you can integrate with Salesforce, google docs, or whatever you want to.

- The search bar is super helpful, mostly because this is a BIG tool and sometimes it would be hard to find what you are looking for.

- Super configurable if you find the right partner Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

- Sometimes can be super slow

- Documentation is a pain in the @#$, you will need to browse for a ton of documents in order to find something Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering NetSuite:

if you are moving to a more enterprise environment, I will strongly recommend using Netsuite ERP as your solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

All that have to do with billing and accounting, most of this stuff were a pain for us as a company in the past. Reporting and metrics have been really helpful as a company and let us grow. Also the ability to handle multiple locations and currencies will help you a lot if you are having this kind of problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
