What do you like best about NetSuite?

1. Customization - You can create different reports using many fields available

2. Integration - Netsuite can integrate with a lot other platforms

3. Mass updates - You can systematically update/create different types of records using CSV updates Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

1. Complication - Too many fields that are hard to understand. It takes time to customize the reports you want or figure out the exact CSV upload format

2. Support - little to no support. Suiteanswers is basically a data dump. Very hard to research the answer.

3. Price - In general very expensive and doesn't offer a lot of new features/updates

4. A lot of data still needs to be updated manually, or we have a use a different software to integrate with Netsuite in order to do our job

5. Not user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering NetSuite:

Please invest in the product features and customer support. Also the price is really expensive for what we get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
