We work with multiple vendors and often need to split orders based on type (i.e., cold chain orders placed separately, or certain product types that must be ordered separately from the main order). However, there’s no way to filter to “exclude” a specific product group/type. Instead, you have to manually select every other option within that group, and you have to repeat this every time you review a vendor. It would be much more efficient to set up order bucket types so that, on the Orders screen, items are automatically listed in the required buckets. Right now the system relies on the buyer remembering to apply the correct filters each time, which adds time to the vendor order review process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
