What do you like best about NETSCOUT Network & Application Observability?

The insights we get are second to none , the solution is very robust , flexible and critical for our mobile service assurance needs. We use it for DPI , RCA and performance alerts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NETSCOUT Network & Application Observability?

More of a bugbear than a dislike but we struggle to afford to capture all our User Plane packets which makes some faults difficult to resolve. I’m working with the UK Netscout team to see if we can find some middle ground Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NETSCOUT Network & Application Observability solving and how is that benefiting you?

Netscout allows us to analyse all our mobile core signalling data and store it for 7 days. We also use NSA and NBA for specific use cases. It has enabled EE in the UK to be annually awarded the best UK network 13 years in a row via Umlaut and Root Metrics. It is also critical for our service alerting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
