performance: Netscout company having their own hardware which is making their solution very compromised and lead to a high performance solution capability: their solution has a very detailed capability in the Telecom industry covering all KPIs needed by any telecom operator a powerful value to keep your Telecom network fully monitored and making sure that it is healthy with high quality and giving confidence after any change deployed on your network that it is monitored and can be assessed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NETSCOUT Network & Application Observability?

UI/UX: at time using their solution back at 2018, the UI/UX is outdated and not very user friendly and should be much more modern. Infrastructure: they have their own hardware and infrastructure which lead to high operations and maintainability and if they did not, they can think migrate their solution to cloud and to be cloud native Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NETSCOUT Network & Application Observability solving and how is that benefiting you?

- As an OSS solution used by telecom vendor, so its monitoring for the telecom network performance is very crucial for the Operation network team to make sure their network is healthy and there is no network severe disruption and also maintain the network quality. - As a core network engineer at that time we were heavily depending on it to observe network and monitor it for any action, upgrade we do on the network to make sure that all our network KPI are normal Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
