What do you like best about NETSCOUT Network & Application Observability?

I like the deep packet visibility and smart correction in network and application data of NETSCOUT Network & Application Observability. It provides the root cause of issues effectively. This feature saves us from manual troubleshooting as it gives us the truth in packet data and connects the dots instantly, allowing us to fix issues in minutes instead of hours. I also appreciate the packet level detail and smart correlations, as it offers granular forensic data and hybrid cloud visibility that we couldn't get with Solarwinds. What do you dislike about NETSCOUT Network & Application Observability?

The UI is not very intuitive and the learning curve is steep for new users. I think modernizing the UI, simplifying onboarding, and fine-tuning default alerts to reduce noise out of the box would be improvements. The initial setup was not plug-and-play and required significant planning and tuning, but manageable with proper preparation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use NETSCOUT Network & Application Observability to monitor end-to-end application performances.
