What do you like best about Netchex?

What I like best about Netchex is the ease of use. I recently started my position and had never heard of Netchex. As I played around in the system, I found it fairly easy to navigate. I loved the webinars presented in the series over the summer as they provided great information on current and upcoming features. The webinars were clear and concise and provided detailed information and tools to learn and use the feature in Netchex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netchex?

I am still new at this HRI,S so I do not have any downsides to mention to date. I do have a suggestion though; add the termination date to the employee ribbon in the profile so that you don't have to look for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Netchex solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the problems that I would have had was recording and keeping track of Intermittent FMLA (IFMLA) dates. It just so happened while attending one of the webinars, they discussed the new FMLA module that was coming out and if you wanted to be included in the Beta testing to sign up. It was active about two weeks into one of my employees gaining approval for IFMLA and it has saved me so much time and eliminated the frustration that accompanies tracking IFMLA dates. There are other benefits such as the new reporting feature and Recruit (I have not set that up yet) that I am happy with and looking forward to use, but the new FMLA feature is my favorite so far.
